Aalborg Marathon 2013 Poster

This is my version of the upcoming marathon that will be held in Aalborg(Denmark) poster design.

I decided to stick with the particular idea about a thought of rediscovering your city again (or for the first time) through the marathon event. The illustration consists of a man who had just finished the race and has raised his hands in the air, thereby celebrating his achievement of finishing the marathon. His silhouette also consists of places and simbols that are related (atleast from my point of view) to the Aalborg city (airport,cathedral,football club,zoo,port,vikings etc.). As he is real patriot of his city, the city map symbolises his heart.
